1940's Ivory Cap Sleeve Gown
ABOUT:
Beautiful silk gown with lace cap sleeves. Bust has sheer organza and lace detailing. Bias cut silhouette with a mermaid peplum at bottom of gown making the most flattering shape. Slit at bottom of peplum at front of skirt. Lace trimming through out gown. Matching silk tie at waist. No opening or closures.
MEASUREMENTS (Inches):
Bust: 36
Waist: 30
Length from shoulder seam to hem: 58
RECOMMENDED SIZE: X-Small or Small
MATERIAL: Silk
CONDITION: Good vintage condition for it’s age. A couple of very faint marks at back of gown. Two pin size rust stains at front of peplum. Some very slight discoloration in ivory silk. Not noticeable when worn, only when inspected for condition. Two centimeter separation in seam line under bust.
